Harmonia del Parnas and the Cor de la Generalitat
The concert includes a sample of the music that was heard in the times when the Portuguese Fernando de Magallanes made the first trip around the world “Expedition of Magellan and El Cano”, his trip being the first circumnavigation of the Earth in history. The musical proposal includes works that sounded in those years in a habitual way in the peninsula, songs that came from the popular tradition.
